Key Responsibilities and Other Duties
- Possesses advanced knowledge working with automated manufacturing equipment and ensuring minimal downtime (troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining).
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to include disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and perform adjustments as necessary.
- Analyze machine error messages and information gathered from equipment operators to properly diagnose equipment problems.
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment and machinery.
- Disassemble machinery and/or equipment to remove parts to make repairs.
- Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
- Observe and test equipment operations to diagnose malfunctions and stoppages using voltmeters and other testing devices.

- Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair machine electrical and controls malfunctions such as 3-phase motor replacements, photo eye adjustments, servos, ensure machine timing, circuit replacements, etc.
- Demonstrate equipment functions and proper care to machine operators.
- Record material usage, input labor hours, and manage work orders using a CMMS.
- Demonstrates the ability to understand and adhere to safety programs, adhere to compliance standards, safety practices and procedures, and with federal, state, and local codes and requirements.
- Conduct routine building and grounds maintenance as needed.
- Perform other tasks and special assignments as requested by management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would bring the following experiences and qualifications for this position:
- Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the following areas are preferred: PLC systems, electro/mechanical machinery, safety devices, electro-mechanical troubleshooting/repair, equipment process development, and ability to understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm, including weekends, as needed to support maintenance operations.
- Able to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines and ensure minimal downtime.
- Capable of working on elevated surfaces and comfortable working on elevated platforms.
- Proficient in office applications and comfortable communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to understand and adhere to safety programs, adhere to compliance standards, safety practices and procedures, and with federal, state, and local codes and requirements.
- Experienced and aptitude in managing workload using a CMMS
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Summary
Full time position that directs the activities of warehouse personnel involved in the receiving, production and shipping of products. Ensures that all policies and procedures are followed
Roles and responsibilities:
- Warehouse duties: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trailers
- Make sure orders are closed out on time maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees on warehouse floor throughout the shift.
- Resolves warehouse-related issues with representatives from other department throughout the company.
- Reviews, prioritizes, and organizes incoming and outgoing orders
- Maintains a working knowledge of all warehouse operations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Two to four years related experience or equivalent.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must comply with all safety requirements
- Ability to perform the physical labor necessary
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Operate 5000 lb. forklift

The Double J Ranch Golf Course is seeking a Professional Head Greenskeeper to join its team to help grow the tradition and standard that the course has maintained for years. The team member we’re seeking will also need the skills to help the Double J Ranch Golf Course in its future growth. Maintain the golf course and the grounds surrounding. Responsible for always keeping the golf course in a playable condition. As a Greenskeeper you are a vital element to the golfing experience for our members and guests. A Greenskeeper primary focus will be to ensure the daily setup of the golf course for play by working with various landscaping and maintenance equipment.
· Manage and Supervise the Golf Course Maintenance team. You will be responsible overseeing the performance of a 5-6 person maintenance crew.
· Use walking and riding greens mower, tee mower, fairway mower, rough mower, roller, bunker rake, carts, push mowers, and a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools to maintain golf course grounds and landscaping.
- Clean and maintain equipment that is used. Treat all equipment with care and respect. Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough. Rake bunkers. Weed-eat and push mow bunker faces.
- Set cups and move tee markers.
- Hand-water greens and tees. Help with irrigation repairs.
- Report problems encountered on site to ownership immediately. Take appropriate steps to address emergency situations.
- Paint and maintain buildings. Perform light carpentry work, as needed.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, landscaping, and sod. Mulch and edge beds. Prepare beds for planning of materials.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Report directly to ownership
Required Certificate and Licenses*
- Valid Texas driver’s license
Preferred Education, Experience, Certifications, and Licenses
- Minimum of 2 years related experience or training
- Golf experience and/or knowledge
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Good communication skills, ability to balance time pressures, emergency situations, irregular schedules, and frequent change of tasks.
- Work closely with others as part of a team, must deal with public and team members in a courteous and diplomatic manner.
- Must be knowledgeable of turf grass maintenance and able to operate heavy/light mowing equipment, repair irrigation systems, and have basic troubleshooting skills on mowing equipment failures.
- Irrigation repair experience or training as needed.
- Know the rules of golf.
